Warehousing
Our warehousing capabilities can be separeted into two specialised functions.
Picking & Packing
Picking relates to all systems that enable efficient collection of specific stock for orders placed. Packing related to the process of inserting items of stock for specific customer orders.
Tracking
A tracking number is allocated to each parcel sent, and this tracking number will give updated progress on where a parcel is in the delivery network.
Client Services
Customer service is at the forefront of our business model. We have defined our client service role into two areas, Live Monitoring and Staff Support.
Live Monitoring - We recognise the need for a high level of automation and transparency, where businesses can easily access information about anything from their stock levels to progress in delivery.
Staff Support - The importance of face-to-face and phone communication cannot be under-emphasized. We have a call centre available during working hours from 7:30am to 3pm Monday to Friday AWST.
Postage
Postage costs are unavoidable but necessary. We believe that these costs should be kept to a minimum and therefore we will pass on our bulk postage rates directly to you with no mark-up.
