Quotation & Implementation Process
Detailed below is the process which will occur once you are ready to realise the benefits of outsourcing with The Parcel People.
- Location visit – Our senior analysts will visit your premises and view your setup
- Analyse current systems – Then we will analyse your current stock, space and systems requirements.
- Present Quotation and Integration model – Next we will go away and construct a detailed quotation for: IT integration; stock preparation and relocation; cross over logistics; and quote on a fully functional working model. Software training will be included if it is required. At this time you will also be presented with a timeline of events.
- Finalise relationship – Once you are happy to proceed, you will be presented with a document detailing our full business relationship.
