Quotation & Implementation Process

Detailed below is the process which will occur once you are ready to realise the benefits of outsourcing with The Parcel People.

  1. Location visit - Our Directors will visit your premises and learn about your setup. We will analyse your current stock, space and systems requirements.
  2. Quotation and Integration Proposal - We will go away and construct a detailed quotation for: warehousing, picking and packing, IT integration, stock preparation and relocation, and other costs pertinent to your relationship with us. At this time, you will also be presented with a timeline of events for transitioning to using our services.
  3. Formulation of Service Agreement - If you are happy with the quotation, we will prepare a detailed Service Agreement.
  4. Services Establishment Phase - Once you are happy to proceed, we will begin the process of moving your stock into our warehouse and setting up your Web Portal with stock data. Software training will be included if it is required.
